I love a little spice and this is perfect. So many ways to customize it by adding leftover veggies , a protein, whatever you have on hand. Very satisfying!

Noodles were chewy, and squeaky. Not a quality one is accustomed to when eating pasta of any kind. The broth was good, but not much flavor. I would say the veggies were the highlight, each was recognizable once reconstituted.

Only marginally more healthy than regular ramen and the noodles taste like cardboard. A waste of money
