Hair found in Discovery set

I recently purchased the discovery set and I was disturbed to see a hair stuck inside one of the bottles (Ambery Vanilla) I can’t even open the bottle to get it out and I contacted them letting them know about what happened and even sent pictures. I would have liked a replacement so I can actually try the scent (that’s why I bought the discovery set) but they responded back saying that they would only give me a 7% refund from my order…. I was a bit disappointed
