It’s too new to say much about versatility or durability, but I can comment on how well made all HexClad products are. It heats quickly and evenly, has a great grilling surface and cleans up effortlessly. I don’t think it will replace a good 36” outdoor grill, but it’s a great winter alternative if you aren’t trying to feed a bunch of people

Works as expected. Non-stick as advertised, so easy clean up. Use some oil as recommended.
