Cooked up couple lbs of chicken at a time and pan took the teriyaki soy glaze like a champ. Made pancakes and smash burgers on it as well in the week i've had it. Certainly great non stick. Eggs were easy to make and i just made scrambled so i could mix in rice and sesame seed oil. Easy to clean while it was hot and i use avocado oil before and after meals. Takes a minute to wipe out with paper towel. I think it heats and sears nicely. Time will tell with it but so far i'd recommend the pan. Kind of want the double griddle now.

Meets expectation for a griddle😊. I have not been disappointed with any HexClad cookware !

I used the griddle for pancakes and now its all stained and its not coming off.
