Best sleep in years

I’m very happy and impressed with this weighted blanket. I don’t know the science behind it that makes it work, but for me, it works wonders. It somehow calms anxiety and allows me to fall asleep gently and quickly. It reminds me of my mom holding me tight and loving me when I was a child - just healing somehow.

Helps me sleep at night

I've always been a good sleeper, but recently I have been waking up a lot in the night. I started to use 3 blankets one night because it was cold and I never went back. My mom said I should try a weighted blanket. I'm so glad I did! I'm sleeping better yet with it on!
