Lost weight and got it tasting good

I’m 6, 205lb construction worker. I lost ten pounds and I eat less food. I drink 36 ounces of this a day. Four bags a month. I mix one ryze big spoon to 12 oz hot water and 1.5 oz creamer. It costs me about $100 a month. But I save that much or more off my food bill. Thx much

Why i enjoy Ryze
