Never-ending Shedding

I received this rug on October 3rd. I knew there’d be initial shedding as some of the reviews had suggested, but what is happening isn’t listed or shown in any of these reviews or product descriptions. This rug doesn’t just have “some initial shedding” and then stop, the shedding is terrible and never-ending. I am following all care instructions and that doesn’t seem to help the shedding either. I vacuum and maybe 4 hours later, there’s rug fabric all over my floor. I contacted costumer service just a little over the 30-day return period and asked for help or if anything could be done about it. Their answer was, “this rug will shed for maybe 6 months or so…” something that isn’t listed in the product description anywhere. I think that by the time the six months are up I might not have a rug left. I feel like I adopted another dog whose winter coat is eternally shedding  It’s nice looking from far, but when you get close and experience it, it’s not worth it. If you want a nice rug that doesn’t shed and make your life like that of Cinderella’s, then don’t get this rug.

Love it! Soft underfoot and vacuum works easily with it. Tempting to lay on the floor more with this! Paired with a natural rug mat that is plush and secure. Our pup loves it!

Me and my friends spend a lot of time hanging out on the floor and dancing, so a cozy comfy rug is a must! When I read the reviews of this rug I knew it was the one!!! By far the best rug I’ve owned. It’s so soft and plush. It had one massive shed after a night of heavy dancing and has been subtle since. Haven’t washed it yet, so I can’t provide any insight on that. You want to buy this rug!!!!
