I want to recognize the fabulous customer service. Thank you for your timely response to my issue & offering a solution. I received a replacement mascara , which i truly appreciate. This mascara worked much better, less thick & dry. If i apply a few coats my eyelashes look great. I have fine, thin lashes that works well with the brush applicator. Next time I would try the black color.

It comes in a brown shade!

It comes in a dark brown shade!!! So much better for me than black. Works well, my lashes still look natural, just a little longer/fuller-just right for a 68 year old woman.

Help for sparse lashes

I really liked the original mascara but as my lashes thinned out, it didn’t work as well for me. I recently discovered that a new volumizing mascara was available and had to try it! I love it. My sparse lashes look fuller and I can build volume without clumping. I will definitely be ordering again.
