on smoothly! Easy application. My last one the lid kept popping off, so it dried out rather quickly…trying again because I loved it so much at first! Hopefully it was a one time thing with the lid!

The best!!
Best non toxic felt eyeliner out there and i do cat eye everyday for decades so id know lol - no smudgy raccoon eyes. Its perfect! Just mind the top closure, I’ve had some issues where it pops off in my makeup bag and dries up— so I keep it also in its original box to prevent that.

This is my favorite waterproof eyeliner because it goes on smoothly, even with shakey hands, and it lasts for 24 hours, literally.
