True to size and honestly the most comfy cleat I've ever worn couldn't be happier. I'm a Mens 9.5 and they fit me perfectly! For reference (hope this helps!) I get 9.5 Wides for Puma, 10-10.5 for Nike basketball and 9.5 for Adidas football/soccer cleats.
