Horrible

I requested an exchange and also sent a email about the refund process and both unanswered, I think on purpose but overall horrible experience now I have to wear the jacket I don’t fit.

Sizing extremely off

Ordered the jacket in a 3xl and fits close to an xl. Jacket is also sold as a mens jacket, but looks to be a womens jacket based on the side the zipper is on, which may also explain the sizing as well.
