Nice Feel Underfoot But Slips on New Hardware Floors with Running Dogs

Love the feel under foot. Nice plush and pad. However, when the dogs go running down the hallway the rug moves. The rug and the pad move together. So I am realigning daily. I wonder if I had gotten a longer runner if it would not move as much. It does not slip or move when I walk on them. I purchased for a hallway.
