Cookies good; not the service

Ordered a holiday gift box for a customer to be delivered in Bergen County. Cookies took 4 days to deliver (not the 1-2 days advertised) and 24 cookies package arrived in plain plastic bags. They did not arrive in the gift box shown. Luckily, the cookies are individually wrapped so not ruined but not the positive gift experience you'd like to send to a customer. I sent Bang Cookies' customer service 2 emails and have received no response after 2 weeks.

Horrendous Customer Service

My order was sent missing additional cookies that I ordered and paid for. I reached out to customer service more than once and did not receive a reply. I will definitely not order bang cookies again or recommend to anyone. Also, the box that is pictured was not sent which is completely misleading.
