Ordered the chain and recieved rather quickly. Ope ed yhe package and was impressed with the product. I tried it on, and the 18" was too small. Proceeded with the exchange and it was great experience. Waiting for the 20" to arrive which should be this week. Can't wait to sport the necklace.
