Amazing customer service

I recently bought my third SM tumbler, and the flip lid broke within a month of use. I contacted their customer service because I couldn’t find a replacement lid that matched my cup on their website. They went above and beyond to help me, including sending me a replacement lid for free! I love this company and will continue to be a SM customer for a long time. Thank you SM!!

Versatile lid

I got this lid for when I drink certain teas from my Voyager Tumbler. I drink a cinnamon tea that tends to leave a lot of cinnamon bits behind in the 360 lid, so I switch to this lid when drinking that particular blend. It's easier to clean and still gives me some reassurance on avoiding spills.
