When I received my order, the shipping box was damaged. The damage also affected the product box. When I opened my tumbler there was very small damage to the cup. There was a dent and a small piece of paint chipped. I was a little disappointed only because it was engraved with my name. But really wasn’t a biggie. I emailed them and and sent them some pictures to let them know that it seemed like the box had been damaged during shipping and it damaged the cup also. They were quick to respond and I wasn’t even looking for a replacement. I just wanted them to know so they could pass it on down the line to encourage delivery to be more careful. Which again, I don’t fault SM at all. After a short time they emailed me back and said they would send me a replacement tumbler and to keep the damaged tumbler. I was shocked, but thankful. I received my new tumbler about a week later and it arrived perfect. I have a cup and my boys like to share and fight over their “twin” cup. Will definitely be shopping with SM again!
