The pad that came with it looked used and damaged . Customer service was great with replacing it. The rug color did not look anything like the picture, the brown spots are actually burgundy. The threads started coming out a few days after placing the rug on the floor- customer service helped with return-I am still awaiting a refund. On the other hand I am very happy with another rug I ordered- it is a flat woven.

My favorite Ruggable!

I have 6 Ruggable rugs and this is my favorite one. I love the color and the design and it goes with everything!

Love it!

This is my third Ruggable. Love the first two (same pattern, different thicknesses for front door and kitchen runner) so I thought I’d try the thicker, more tufted style for the living room and I love it. Very nice for walking on and looks beautiful. I haven’t washed it yet (the other two wash up beautifully) but I have spot-cleaned it several times (new puppy) and it cleans up very nicely. Think I’m probably going to get another one for our sunroom.
