Rug + Pad System / 8'x10'
The pad that came with it looked used and damaged . Customer service was great with replacing it. The rug color did not look anything like the picture, the brown spots are actually burgundy. The threads started coming out a few days after placing the rug on the floor- customer service helped with return-I am still awaiting a refund. On the other hand I am very happy with another rug I ordered- it is a flat woven.

Not really washable
I have the recommended size washing machine and dryer. Actually mine are way bigger than the recommended. I followed the exact instructions that were provided to wash these rugs and they never really dry up. I put my rug cover through multiple drying cycles and they ended up getting smelly and mildewed. (Ps. . My washer and dryer are new) I really regret this purchase. It was so expensive for no reason. I had the smaller ruggable rugs and loved those, but once you get to size 8x10 and larger, it just does not work. .
