Warranty replacement

I really like having my keys all together and not shaking or jamming me in my pocket. At one point the hook of the key chain holder broke off. Reached out to customer service about it. They sent me a new one. Happy with the customer service in this case and the response.

Disapointed that this was marketed as a set with my yankees wallet and did not match at all. I could understand if it didnt say “new york” or “yankees” on it but the color was way off for being advertised as a set.
