Would NOT recommend for plus size individuals IF you have a large amount of skin your applying product too. I guess this rule would/could apply to average size people. I have blemishes on the tops of both of my thighs (ingrown hairs and I pick at my skin most times) I was only able to use the spray bottle maybe 4-5x and then the remaining amount of product that was left over came out of the can as a "spill" not coming from the nozzle. I trust the brand but this can was NOT it for me!
