I really like the overall style of the new knife. My husband loves to cook and loves a good knife. Always good for cutting his steaks and such. I have also rec'd my new 12 inch pan with lid. Waiting for another shipment right now. Love my new Hexclad and I adore Chef Gordon Ramsey to boot.

Now i know what a truly sharp knife is and what it feels like to work with. The handle is a nice length and fits nicely in my hand. The blade length is just right. It needs no more pressure than the weight of the blade to cut through. I normally use paring knives a lot but I’ll be getting another utility knife as well as the hexclad paring knife. Can’t say enough good things about it. Visually it is a small piece of art.
