The product is exactly like the picture...it was so cute my foot is slender so they were true to size for me....high quality upon opening the package it was in an ugg box and had the ugg tag on the shoe....the plastic was very similar to my other ugg all weather boots but the inside was thicker and wat more comfortable...it looks as if they put alot of effort and time into this shoe...I love it thank you!!!...shipping was cool because I got it a week early then projected ...thank you thank you thank you!!!

Boots are too small

I was so excited to receive the boots. They are so cute and warm, but then very disappointed because they didn’t fit even though I ordered a half size up from my normal size of 8.5. I should have ordered a size 10.
