Product doesn't load onto the brush, not sure if it's the tube design or lack of product, packaging is dynamite & color was promising, but customer service was impossible when trying to return/exchange this item, I finally gave up

Not a fan

I wanted to love this….but…. It did not last all day and started flaking off after an hour, and the little flakes/tubes were getting in my eyes.
