Amazing Hydration!

I love ReLyte. The end. Ha! But in all seriousness, these electrolytes are amazing, I love that they use real ancient sea salt, and the stick packs are so convenient to take to work/travel. I enjoy most of the flavors, but strawberry lemonade and berry are probably my favorites. The best part is I rarely get headaches or light-headedness since I started using these everyday!

I absolutely love the Lemon-Lime flavor of Re-Lyte Hydration Sticks! I use it almost every day and look forward to its wonderful taste. The packaging makes it so easy and convenient to prepare. I would highly recommend Re-Lyte Hydration Sticks for your electrolytes !

I love the taste of

I love the taste of all of these. The Cran apple and the piña colada ones are my favorites. I bought them originally because I thought I could have them when I was fasting, but it turns out that I could not so now I just print them during my eating window.
