Would not recommend

I was so excited to get the lounger for my baby but it was a total disaster. It was impossible to put the lounger together (it came disassembled). The insert cover was so thin that the seam broke almost instantly, which made all the filling (very small balls) spread all over my apartment. I had to return the item. However, I did not receive full refund as I had paid $120 for shipping (!!).

I love it

Comfy for adult and kids. There as a small tear in the insert been bag. Unfortunately I have had issues in the past with customer service not being the most helpful so I literally taped it together and zipped the outside up. Hopefully it hold up. Other than that I love the lounger.

The customer service team at Gathre leaves a lot to be desired! They sent me a defective product - inside stuffing bag was ripped and stuffing went everywhere They wanted to charge me to send it back
