Exceptional!

From start to finish, I am very pleased with this company. After placing my order, I had a question about the shipping and I contacted Tumble. I received a response back quickly and the customer service was excellent. The rug arrived folded instead of rolled and it is great quality. From every aspect, it has been evident that this company has taken great care to deliver a positive experience to customers. Great job Tumble!

So far so good!

I just got my first Tumble rug and set it up. I love it, I haven’t had an opportunity to wash it yet but really like it! The pad has really good cushion and it is low enough that the robot vacuum has no problem cleaning it.

Tried it out.

Great quality. Soft and comfortable. This was my first purchase. It ends up not to be the right color for where we want it. Not because description was inaccurate. Rather it’s too cool. The area we need it for must be warmer shaded. I will order a different color.
