I made this birthday card for my granddaughter's birthday today using various medium, including watercolors, glitter pen and stickles. Thank you for the template!

While I love the quality of your products, the packing left much to be desired. It was not taped very well, and when I went to pick up the box, it ripped open and everything fell out. I was really angry about that and I don’t know if I would order from your company again. When a person picks up a box it shouldn’t rip open I should add that we’ve had a lot of snow and everything got wet. Please do better.

I have 2 sets one in oil based pencils and also in waterborne. I prefer the water color pencils, but I will give the oil based a try. I am a novice at the use of these pencils, but will enjoy using the. on my coloring books. Just want something to keep my mind at.ease during my free.time at home.
