Cushion is nice but gets jammed in the door

Cushion is nice, good quality, comfortable but it’s so thick that it unfortunately gets jammed under the bathroom door

Happy Customer

What a wonderful company. I ordered a bathroom rug and mat combo about a year ago and noticed the underlying mat was beginning to shed. I reached out to customer service and they immediately sent me a new mat free of charge! Customer satisfaction means a lot to Ruggable.

Bath rug mat

I ordered this bath rug mat in error and returned it via FedEx. The package was received in La Grange Illinois on 8/1/24 at 9:15 AM. To date I have not received confirmation from Ruggable, nor a credit nor a refund. Please explain. I would like to refund. Thank you.
