Love this cleanser

This is my go to cleanser for every day use. I always have one in the shower. Easily removes makeup and doesn’t bother my skin at all.

these get the job done, no bells and whistles. great for my sensitive skin! i also obviously love that these are easier and smaller to store. the bottles are not my favorite because they gunk up around the opening but it's not the worst, and it's pretty easy to clean.

Love the refill program.

If evaluating the refill process alone — these refills are great. It’s very easy. Just mix it and go. The product works the same with every refill. Regarding the actual Facial Cleanser, it seems fine. It is gentle (not too drying) and the smell is fine. I have very sensitive but also very normal skin and this works well. That’s the best I can ask for. I think the bottle itself could use some improvements. The lid gets super moldy and it’s hard to clean all its crevices. The bottle itself seems nice and thick but over time it doesn’t look that great — maybe it is because I cleaning it with a sponge between refills and maybe the sponge scratches it? But it gets moldy so I’m not sure what other option I have but to clean it between refills.
