Amazing backpack with good quality waterproofing. Lots of pockets and features like the structured back vents. The zippers are a bit stiff and need to be broken in and the straps are a bit slippery on some textile materials but the chest buckle is useful to counter that.

Really comfortable and a lot of pockets. Love the colors.

TL;DR: if you can buy from a brick and mortar it’s great; if online, not so much. Great bag - horrible service. I ordered and then didn’t hear anything for weeks, emailed to see what was up - they had oversold but didn’t say anything. A few days later, the bag magically arrived, but it was someone else’s order. Never got the promotionals that were supposed to be included, not that that’s a deal breaker. The bag itself is extremely well constructed, beautiful, and my only complaints being related to personal preferences that aren’t worth mentioning. I love how there are enough pockets without being too many pockets, if that makes sense, as I dislike over-engineered bags.
