Left earbud replacement

The earbud itself is satisfactory in appearance however when I attempt to place it in the charging port it doesn’t drop into place. For some reason or another it seems like it’s being repelled similar to like poles on a magnet, and if it can’t be charged it isn’t going to be much good even if I get it properly bonded with the other bud.

Always fast and great service. We have bought more than I care to admit but everyone of them has been perfect.
