This is once again, a fourth or fifth refill on this particular product. I use it for myself who is a 50-year-old woman with adult acne and it really helps with the breakouts that I get. I also use this on my 12-year-old daughter and 17-year-old son who both have acne, and my daughter has back acne and chest acne. This in combination with the salicylic acid, body wash and the spray, really have changed all of of our lives, but especially my kids with their severe acne that they have as teenagers. I will continue to buy this product forever absolutely love it and swear by it
