I will give it one more chance

The soap itself works well, but I’ve got problems with a pump, it didn’t work perfect from the very beginning and after a week it stopped working, then I poured the whole solution into another dispenser I have at home (with a separate pomp) - and omg it works and foams the soap so much better, it just feel like I’ve got a different soap - but the truth is it’s still the same soap, just a different pomp.

Wishing for coconut vanilla.

I love the glass container and the whole idea of getting rid of plastic. I bought a hand soap starter kit over a year ago and bought a second one because I love the coconut vanilla fragrance that came with my first purchase. However, my second purchase came with a mix of fragrances, none as nice as my favorite, which is not available for sale on the website. I do wish you would offer coconut vanilla refills. The fragrance is lovely.

Hand soap

I wanted a minimal waste hand soap solution, and this setup was a great way to start. After a couple weeks of using the hand soap I’ve decided that it does not coat my hands well at all and I have to end up using 2-3 pumps to feel like my hands got clean. Not sure if I will keep using this product because of that. Ease of use, style, sustainability were all great.
