Good customer service, answered in a day. Coffee tastes amazing, it is very convenient to have the cold brew bags on the go. Shipping was not too bad. Arrived in 2-3 weeks for living in Canada but it is very busy this time of the year so it is what is expected. Lovely surprise in my package that made my day too.
