Great rug!

Great rug. This is the 5th ruggable we purchase but the first outdoor one. Looks exactly as pictured so very happy about that. The only reason it’s not a 5 star is because the edges had some extra bits sticking out so visually it looks imperfect but functionally it should be fine. Customer service responded on a weekend when I reported this issue and said it should be fine and gave me a partial refund for the inconvenience. I haven’t washed this one yet but based on all the other ruggable rugs we own, I’m sure it will be fine.
