Really don’t like the product. It’s almost like a hard-shell. What is most disappointing is there return policy. Not only do you have to pay shipping. They charge a handling fee. That’s the trouble with shopping on line.

Not comfortable as a sling

I had high hopes for this, but wish I'd done more research before I purchased it. They label it a sling, but it's better suited as a hip pack because this just does not sit comfortably against your body (or at least against a female body). It is rigid on the back, so it is stuff against your body and not form fitting. The buckle is smack in the middle so it would not be comfortable to wear a backpack with this. The expansion part, which I thought was so clever is a stretchy material so whatever you put in there will look like it's poking out. The expansion on the regular version looks much better because you can hide a wallet, passport, or slide a bottle in from the bottom.

Decent With Room For Improvement

Well made, but not nearly as high quality as a Tumi model that I've owned for years. The omission of a keyring is silly, and make organizing items with rings very difficult. Also, the lack of a an additional pocket is than than ideal. The strap system is not well organized, and does not stay in place once adjusted. The straps also hang once adjusted, and there are doesn't seem to be a way to keep them tidy. The expandability is a nice feature, but the zip for that portion is easily confused with the one that opens the bag, and I find myself constantly unzipping the wrong one. All in all, a decent sling, but at this price point, there are better options.
