My order was delivered super fast but the delivery driver (no fault of doggielawn) delivered to bottom of my driveway where package got stolen, I contacted doggielawn and they immediately resent and dealt with FedEx so I didn’t have to deal with the headache! Product arrived and it’s an absolute lifesaver, I can’t say enough good things about this company or their customer service! THANK YOU!!!!!

GREAT for small spaces, balconies

I ordered a couple large grass pads for my 5 lb. granddog that is used to using them at home as she lives on the 10th floor and they worked great. I ordered with the tray included and it is so easy to open the box and place the grass in the tray and you are ready to go! I save the box then slide the used grass in for disposal. Super quick and super easy. The picture shows grass that is about 10 days old but still usable. Shipping is ground so it takes a little long coming from California and they use Fed/Ex which has terrible updates on tracking, so that is super disappointing. Perhaps UPS would be a better match.
