I recently moved and I forgot to update my address so that my new DoggieLawn could be sent to the right location. I messaged customer service right away and Joel was so helpful in correcting my error. He also followed up to make sure my DoggieLawn was delivered to the correct place. I am so appreciative of him.

I think the product is a great product. My dog is seven and has a very bad bladder to the point where he has to go even after a walk so I got the lawn however he’s not taking to it yet. I’m hoping that after our training conversation, I can learn how to, acclimate him to it
