Boot designers--please take note!

Ordered wide and they fit my foot to a 'T'. But the velcro straps, when cinched as tightly as I need them around my ankles, run out of velcro (i.e., the overlap is in the wrong place--see photos) so I will need to get them fixed by my local cobbler as OrthoFeet customer service said there was nothing could be done by them to fix that deficit. I don't see any constructive reviews so this one will probably not get printed, but I sure hope somebody sees my comment--a designer hopefully.

Florence narrow boots

These boots are very comfortable with the custom inserts. They aren't as narrow in the heel as I would like and still slip some on the heel. I wish Orthofeet offered more shoes in the narrow width.

I finally have a pair of waterproof boots that fit my small but wide feet! They were perfect for our week in Iceland (my original reason for purchasing them) and now that winter has hit full force in Ohio, I've found them comfortable enough to go for daily walks despite the snow and ice.
