Item received with scratched zipper

Item was delivered with scratched/chipped zipper. I emailed customer service to resolve the issue and never received a response. I do like the bag but customer service is horrible. This bag is a lot of money to received brand new and damaged. Unless this were to get resolved I will not be purchasing any more items from this company.
