Excellent Customer Service!

I purchased a large and small bag as gifts. There was some confusion, mostly on my part, and I ended up with a duplicate order. The customer service was the best! They were patient and helped me return the duplicate order and made the situation right.

Great work bag

Received the medium Landon duffle and cosmetic bag to help with organization. I use my bag for work and it is absolutely perfect with all the inside organizer pockets as well as shoulder straps and a long strap to carry it as a crossbody. Great neutral color that goes with everything.
