We wish we would have bought one sooner! We were on the fence about it but when our second blessing came around we decided we would try it out. Our 1yr (shorter than average) & 5yr (taller than average) both enjoy using this climbing system on their own or together. We weren’t sure if our youngest would be able to use it as it is the XL version but he is thriving! It was a learning curve but watching his climbing skills on that type of structure grow daily is remarkable. This set is very well built. I love that our oldest will still get a couple years out of it as well. She loves to climb it and slide down or “surf” down. She also turns it into a “tiny tent”. The ascetically smooth edges are a caregivers dream. The Big Mat is thick and firm; perfect for any hard surface cover up or if you simply want extra cushion. Fun color options if you want to add some pop! We got the green and absolutely LOVE it! It’s a deep dark shade and perfect for our home vibe. As an added bonus, the mat pulls apart into 6 pieces and can be used for open ended play. Now let’s talk about the arch. Our 5yr LOVE it and our 1yr isn’t sure about it yet but i’m sure he will warm up quickly. I moved it to our homeschool room for our kindergarten year as flexible seating because we have the mat tie on and she can rock in it comfortably. Well if you can’t tell by know we would recommend this set, go ahead and invest in enjoyment for the whole family.
