LOVE THIS!!! It arrived looking just as it was pictured, easy to put down, and looks even better than I expected! Will definitely be purchasing additional Ruggable’s for my home!

Poor quality

Rug arrived with multiple defects to the stitching around the edge. I reached out to customer service to ask for a replacement and was told no because that is “normal” and was offered a 20% discount which I declined. Frankly I didn’t want a discount rug, I wanted a quality and durable rug. About one year after purchase the condition has gotten worse from every day use and that’s without even washing it! In my opinion this is a bad quality product from a company with bad customer service. I have regrets, I hope you won’t make the same mistake.

Three Rugs

Love the rugs, I bought three and am shopping for the fourth, the only issue is that at times the corners turn up.
