Good but after first wash useless

I bought these XL and they fitted perfectly and felt really good until they had their first wash which shrinked the pants drastically. To the point where the flare is hanging of my leg because it supposed to be all the way on the ground. Probably happened because cheap material has been used... Now i cant wear them, can i get a refund??
