ExpressionMed Application Instructions. 1. Prep skin with soap and water. 2. Remove Middle Section and lay center hole over device. 3. Peel off both end sections and smooth down on skin. To remove, hold an edge and stretch material off skin.

These did not work for me. They made it difficult for the wire to read the sensor. I also had adhesion issues with the sensor staying on it.
