I work in the off premise and sometimes on premise world of high-end, always craft cocktail mixology with either Delta 9 THC or the real thing, craft cannabis. Hardly work with alcohol, no reason to with "other" ingredients at my disposal. When I discovered Fierce Fruit's Lime Puree', I wondered why I was paying for something I couldn't use because of lack of freezer space when I manufacture my own craft cannabis libation. Hence Fierce Fruit in my life. Not only can I set up a bar using the best aseptic juices money can buy, but I can do so without having to keep my juices frozen.
