They are excellent quality. Cool. Just like it says but we just could not get comfortable. The pillow is very heavy. We removed some stuffing and moved it around once we got a good height so we won't wake up with sore necks in the morning. The pillow felt hard and definitely not worth anywhere close to the price. If you like a tall pillow really thick it's very comfortable.
