Recommended by my dermatologist for my perioral dermatitis and very sensitive skin. I was always using CeraVe or Cetaphil but it always felt like I was using lotion to cleanse and still double cleansed which made my skin even more irritated. The Spectro is a gel consistency and doesn’t lather which is fine because it recommends to cleanse for 30 seconds. I use micellar water to remove the little makeup I wear before hand. My skin feels clean and not stripped or tight feeling like other cleansers used to do to me. The smell is a little weird to get used to but actually looking at the ingredients, it makes sense there isn’t anything to irritate your skin.
