Great support

I love a plush, fluffy, molded pillow, so this pillow wasn't for my; however my husband loves this pillow. He prefers a firm pillow. It's soft when your head first touches, but has good neck support and does not change shape too much at the core.

I’ve had many types of pillows and many years ago latex didn’t fit me. I took a chance decades later with Avocado and love the support and cushion (medium firmness). I’m mostly a side sleeper but start off on my back. This is my perfect pillow Thank you Avocado

The pillow itself I do enjoy. It is very nice quality and well made. My problem has to do with communication and customer service. There was a significant delay in shipment due to a component being on back order. For a product like this, I have no issue waiting. However, I had to reach out to customer service myself after a month and a half to inquire about why it was taking so long. That’s when it was communicated it was on back order. If you have an entire product that will be on back order due to a supply issue so you can’t make the product, that should absolutely be communicated to your customers as well as posted underneath in the product description to let customers know an expected delay time. It’s just bad customer service and for the cost of the product you sell, I absolutely expect better communication. You make a great product, but please improve on your communication and transparency with customers.
