Wanted to love

Based on previous reviews, I wanted to love these candles but unfortunately I have had issues with the wick and tunneling despite following all instructions provided. I emailed customer service immediately upon receiving the candle due to the wick and missing two candles. After sending multiple emails and pictures sent of wick and candles, I was told I have to burn it 75% before they send a replacement. It barely lights and overall a very disappointing experience. The smell is good, but definitely strong for natural! Would try another lighter scent next time.

I have tried a couple different scents and by far, my favorite one is the Spiced Latte scent. It is warm, cozy, and just all the things! I have a severe sensitivity to synthetic fragrances. Finding Fontana Candles has been a God-send. I am so happy I can have peace of mind when I burn a Fontana candle. I vote to keep Spiced Latte around for years to come :)

I really like the smell though at the beginning it seems a bit muted compared to another clean, nontoxic beeswax candle company I purchase from. I got a bunch of them but this very first one I have tried so far doesn’t burn evenly, so the sides aren’t melting even though I followed instructions and let the candle burn for hours the first time. This is only the first candle of the bundle I’ve tried but I’m excited to try them all.
