Great prenatal, highly recommend!

I highly recommend this prenatal. I feel like I am giving baby and myself all the essential nutrients for our needs during pregnancy. I had no issues with taste. I really enjoy individual packets.

I really appreciate that perelel tailors the supplements per trimester, so I know I’m getting exactly what me and baby need at each stage!

It’s been great taking a prenatal that I know is back-up by OBGYN and knowing all my nutrient intake is being met. The only down side for me is the smell the prenatal have, is off putting. I would confess I have skipped a dose or two just because I don’t feel like smelling the capsules.
