These are such a great option.

I wanted a vitamin that all encompassed the ACOG standards for prenatal care and this covers all bases and a little more. Taste is fine, no nausea, easy to travel with. I have tried some of the other popular brands and the taste is awful or I have to get omegas separate. This is a great option!
